Our beautiful hand-made syrups are cooked from 8 to 12 hours to fully extract the essence of the specific teas. Used by cafes and restaurants specifically with sparkling (or soda) water to make an amazingly refreshing beverage without the nasties that you would get from a soft-drink. Add it to your gin or vodka with soda/ sparkling water with a citrus garnish to make a wonderful cocktail of your choice.
We predominantly use our specific syrups in our cooking to make our gorgeous essence infused scones, cakes and breads that is also sold at all markets.
